  • How to Submit a Future Absences?

    Note: Absence notices are not required but are highly encouraged. Submitting them helps us adjust class schedules more efficiently.


    Log in to your Customer Portal.


    Navigate to the student within the family account.


    Click Future Absence Request.


    Choose one of the following options:


    By Date – Select a single date, a date range, or a partial day.


    By Enrollment – View the student’s class schedule and select the classes the student will miss.


    Add any comments as needed.


    Click Submit to process your request.

  • How Many Make-Up Classes Do We Get?

    Each swimmer gets one makeup class per month per weekly enrollment, with the token for the first missed class automatically added to your account. There’s no need to notify us ahead of time if your swimmer won’t attend a class, but you can report future absences in the parent portal. You have 60 days to schedule your makeup. If you expect to miss more classes, just let us know; we’re happy to consider exceptions! Please note that Speed Week and Swim Team programs do not allow makeups.

  • What If My Child Is Sick or We’re Traveling?

    No worries! If your child misses a class, the makeup token for the first missed class of the month will be added automatically to your account. Absences can be reported ahead of time in the parent portal. You can schedule your makeup anytime after the missed class through the parent portal. Life happens, and we want to make it easy for your swimmer to catch up when they’re ready.

Missed a class? Your first missed class of the month earns an automatic makeup token, no need to request! Use the Parent Portal to redeem it and schedule your session.
