  • How to Submit a Future Absences?

    1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
    2. Navigate to the student within the family account.
    3. Click Future Absence Request.
    4. Choose one of the following options:
    5. By Date – Select a single date, a date range, or a partial day.
    6. By Enrollment – View the student’s class schedule and select the classes the student will miss.
    7. Add any comments as needed.
    8. Click Submit to process your request.

    After the absence is recored and the class is missed, a make up token will be automatically added to your account. Make up tokens are valid for 365 days and can be scheduled up to 6 days in advance through the Parent Portal

  • How Many Make-Up Classes Do We Get?

    We allow unlimited make up classes, if the absence is reported ahead of time. 

    • Absences must be reported ahead of time (at least 1 hour before class)
    • Absences are reported in the Parent Portal (website or app)
    • Families receive unlimited makeup tokens
    • When reported correctly, a makeup token is automatically added
    • Makeup tokens are valid for 365 days
    • Unreported absences do not receive a makeup token
    • Makeup classes must be scheduled in the Parent Portal (website or app)
    • Makeup classes can be scheduled up to 6 days in advance
    • This policy is a trial through May

  • What If My Child Is Sick or We’re Traveling?

    No worries! If your child missing a class, report the absence ahead of time in the Parent Portal and a make up token will be automatically added to your account. You can schedule your makeup anytime after the missed class through the parent portal. Life happens, and we want to make it easy for your swimmer to catch up when they’re ready.
