Swimming Safari Swim School is now offering a Scuba Diving Exploration course for children ages 8 to 12 starting in July! Classes will be lead by certified PADI instructor and member of The Professional Association of Dive Instructors, Chris Conrad (certification #: 264-45-7280). During the class students will learn:
- How to properly assemble scuba gear
- How to use pressure gauges
- Proper buoyancy control
- Underwater hand signals
- How to ascent and descent with scuba equipment
- Proper snorkel technique & much more!
Equipment will be supplied. Classes will be held in June on either Fridays from 4-6 p.m. OR on Saturdays from 2-4 p.m. The cost of the class is $235.00 and upon completion students will receive a “PADI Seal Team Member Jr. Certification”!
